볼보 인젝터 코딩

에 대해서 글을 작성한다. 한국에는 아직 코딩 방법에 대해서 정리된 것이 없고 해외에서도 몇몇 자료가 있긴 하지만 정확하지 않고 정보가 부족했다. 

 

우선,  볼보와 연결

볼보 자동차와 컴퓨터 혹은 모바일과 연결이 되어야한다. 모바일로도 EM327 동글을 이용해서 가능할 수도 있으나 이부분은 시도 해 보았지만 구독서비스와 정확하지 않아서 시도하지 않았다. 
 
차량과 연결하기 위해서는 DICE 가 필요하다. 이부분에서 좀 혼란스러운데, DICE가 차량에 연결하는 커넥터를 의미하는 것으로 이해했다. 틀리다면 정확한 정보를 알려주길 바란다. 그리고, VIDA 라고 하는 볼보 프로그램이 있다. 볼보 VIDA와 일반적으로 DICE를 연결해서 Dignostic 카테고리에서 점검하거나 수리하거나 할 수 있는 프로그램이 VIDA이다. VIDA 에서는 일반사용자에게 Injector coding은 지원하지 않았다. injector confirmation 이라는 소프트웨어를 구입해서 새로 소프트웨어를 입혀주는 방식으로 VIDA에서는 지원하는 것 같다. 그러나 일반 사용자는 소프트웨어를 구입할 수 없다. 
 
그래서, 우리는 일단 볼보 차량과 컴퓨터 연결을 하기 위해서는 DICE가 필요한데 DICE는 알리익스프레스에서 Mongoose나 정품 DICE를 구입하면된다. 
 
나는 Mongoosepro JLR을 구입했는데 차량과 연결하는데 큰 문제는 없었다. 여기서 JLR 이 재규어 랜드로버를 의미하는 것 같은데 JLR164 소프트웨어라고 하니 좀 햇갈리는 부분이다. 
 
구입한 Mongoose를 컴퓨터와 연결하기 위해서는 동봉된 CD에서 Virtual ~~~ 를 먼저 설치하고, 이후 드라이버를 운영체제에 맞게 설치해주면 DICE는 컴퓨터와 차량간 통신이 가능해진 상태가된다. 
 

VIDA 

볼보 소프트웨어 VIDA와 연결을 하려면 볼보 2014D나 2015 버전을 설치하면된다. VIDA로 인젝터 코딩이 안되기 때문에 VIDA 설치방법은 생략한다. VIDA 설치가 필요하다면 해외자료를 찾아보면된다. (윈도우 10에서 사용하려면 패치를 적용하면되었다)

이사이트는 체코사람들이 만든 사이트인데, 볼보와 관련된 OBD를 제작해서 차량과 통신할 수 있는 앱도 제공한다. 핸드폰과 차량이 연결되서 문을 열거나 예열을 하거나, 심지어 시동도 걸 수 있다. 물론 지불을 해야한다. 
 
나는 인젝터 코딩을 하기 위해서 아래 링크에서 Vdash 소프트웨어를 설치했다. 설치 사이트는 여기다. 이곳 링크에서 다운로드 가능하고 여기 페이지에도 올려 두었다. 일단 무료이다.

VDASH - Volvo Diagnostika

 
앞에서 DICE 연결과 관련해서 Vdash전용 dice로도 연결할 수 있지만, Mongoose 로도 해당 프로그램 연결이 가능하다. 그래서 Vdash 동글을 구입할 필요는 없다. 그러나 Vdash에서 제공하는 구독 서비스 (시동을 건다거나, 원격으로 차 문을 열거나 하는 기능을 원하면 구입해도 되겠다) 를 사용할 거라면 전용 동글을 구입해도 된다. 
 

1. 먼저 홈페이지에서 회원가입을 한다. 

2. 소프트웨어를 설치하고 로그인을 한다. 

해당 소프트웨어를 설치하고 dice 연결까지 되었다면, 차와 통신이 가능해지고, 소프트웨어에서 차량 인식을 한다. 딱 여기까지가 무료로 제공하는 서비스다, 밧데리 voltage 정도 확인 가능하겠다. 
 

3. 지불을 한다. 

우리는 인젝터 코딩이 목적이니까, 지불을 해야한다. 아래 설명을 보니 인젝터 코딩은 "small account" 부터 가능하다고 되어 있다. Small account home 하고 garage 가 있는데 둘다 조건이 약간 다르다. 그러나 injector 코딩은 돈을 지불해야한다고 되어 있다. 싸게 하는 방법은 small home 어카운트를 구입한다.

프로그램을 열고 로그인을 하면 차를 연결한다. 
차와 연결하고, Buy credit 탭을 누르고 -> perchase 1 year subscription을 클릭한다. 그럼 10 유로가 결제된다. 
다시, 인젝터 코딩 비용을 지급하기 위해서 이번에는 buy credit 으로 15 유로를 구입한다. 이제 됐다. 
 

그런데, 중요한 것,,   구입을 했더라도 홈페이지 내 계정에서 invoice 가 발행이 되기 전까지는 인젝터 코딩 접근이 안된다. invoice 발행 될때까지 기다려야 injector coding 페이지가 활성화 된다. 이것 때문에 고생을 했다. 

vdash 프로그램 페이지

프로그램을 재 시작하면 이제 차와 연결되고, 약간의 시간이 지나면 차량의 점검 데이터까지 왕창 불러온다.  
우측편에 Engine optimization을 클릭한다. 그럼 우측 옆에 Injector code 번호가 보인다. 아래 Change를 클릭한다. 
그럼 코드 번호에 새로운 인젝터 코드번호를 입력하고 add 누르면 장바구니로 이동하고, 장바구니에서 크레딧으로 15 유로를 결제하면 된다. 
 

경고메시지

이렇게 결제하면 차와 다시 통신하고, 컴퓨터 전원을 연결하고 차와 통신 케이블을 제거하지 마라고 뜬다. 그리고 시작하면 인젝터를 하나씩 코딩하기 시작한다. 
 
참고로, 인젝터는 앞에서 봤을 때 왼쪽부터 1번 2번 ~~~ 5번 이다. 이런 안내도 그림으로 해 준다.
